About The Position
The Manager of Leave of Absence (LOA) at Safelite Group is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's leave programs. This position serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies while managing the end-to-end leave process for associates. The manager will act as the main contact for Third-Party Administrators and brokers, addressing escalations and requests from leaders and HR partners, and ensuring that leave policies are understood and followed throughout the organization.
