Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years relevant sales or sales management experience in lease financing.
  • Proven track record of success in reaching or surpassing sales targets.
  • Successful track record in building regions and expanding sales.
  • Previous success as a team member in a matrix style sales structure.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the success of Juniper Financial Services (JFS) in the assigned region.
  • Promote and educate the Juniper sales teams and channel partners on the value of financing solutions through JFS.
  • Interface with SLED and Enterprise customers to structure financial solutions to facilitate the sale of Juniper Solutions.
  • Manage 3rd party lenders to seamlessly fund and service the financing solutions for Juniper's customers.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual performance targets.
  • Work as a team member with Juniper and channel sales teams, and be considered a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Develop and present financial structures to facilitate the sale of Juniper solutions.
  • Train and educate Juniper sales teams and Juniper channel partners on the benefits of financing.
  • Present and sell the benefits of financing to C-level executives and Juniper sales management.
  • Work with third party funding sources to develop structures, establish pricing, negotiate terms and facilitate contracts.
  • Articulate the details of transactions to numerous functional departments within Juniper.
