Manager, Learning and Development Training

The Manager, Learning & Development for Sales & Service will be responsible for creating and implementing effective learning strategies and training tactics to support frontline Sales and Service teams. This role will ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve Sales and Service targets. The Manager will collaborate to identify and prioritize learning needs, design and deliver training content, and evaluate effectiveness. This role will explore new learning technologies to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, they will support the development and implementation of ongoing training plans.
