About The Position

KeHE, a natural, organic, specialty and fresh food distributor, is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development of Partner Excellence. This role will support the Director of Partner Excellence in executing projects that intersect with Strategy & Transformation. The position involves collaboration with various departments including Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, IT, Finance, Strategy, and Category Management. The primary focus will be on developing the Supply Chain team and enhancing their knowledge and tools through targeted learning experiences and instructional sessions. The role is integral to improving and transforming the Supply Chain operations in alignment with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Responsibilities

  • Support activities at the intersection of Strategy and Transformation, including programs related to business processes and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage business judgment to ensure successful execution of recommendations and manage risks through process improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with leaders and team members from various departments to align on key business priorities.
  • Oversee Supply Chain new employee onboarding, including development of capability learnings and facilitator training.
  • Lead project teams in defining, documenting, and obtaining sign-off on business process specifications.
  • Create process compliance guardrails and build metric tracking methods to ensure adherence to process disciplines.
  • Manage up to 1 or 2 team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
