Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Austin, TX (required); Experience in process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement (8 years) Experience in evaluating current state processes and optimizing processes (5 years) Experience with software system requirements to design improved solutions (1 year) Experience in leading process transformation initiatives in large organizations (1 year) Experience in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio etc.) (1 year) Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (1 year) Experience with operational metrics, workflow optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration (1 year) Six Sigma Black Belt certification (1 year) Preferred: Experience in regulated or government environments (1 year) Experience with process automation or low-code tools (1 year) Lean certification (1 year) Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Lead enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives leveraging 8+ years of experience in process engineering, operations optimization, and business process improvement Evaluate current-state workflows and redesign processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance using structured methodologies Translate optimized process designs into clear software system requirements to enable technology-enabled solutions Apply Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean principles to drive data-driven decision-making, reduce waste, and improve operational outcomes Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagements to align teams, gather input, and drive consensus on process changes Develop detailed process models, maps, and documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio to visualize and communicate improvements Define and monitor operational metrics to measure impact, ensure sustainability, and support continuous improvement in regulated or complex environments
