The Manager of Land Development provides direct leadership and oversight to all regional Offsite Superintendents supporting site development activities. This role manages all technical aspects of offsite construction, tract acceptance, and contract administration across multiple regions. The manager also partners closely with the Vice President of Land Development & Planning on bidding, contracting, and budget‑related tasks. This role requires 50–75% field time and 25–50% office time . The primary work location is the division office.
