About The Position
The Laboratory Manager at Vanderbilt University Medical Center plays a crucial role in overseeing the administrative operations and quality assurance of laboratory services. This position involves performing laboratory testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate and timely patient reports to support healthcare providers in patient diagnosis and treatment. The Laboratory Manager also serves as a Technical Supervisor, guiding and mentoring laboratory staff while managing workflow and inventory efficiently.
