The RV Park Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 200 space KOA RV park, store, laundry, pool (seasonal) and grounds. Overseeing a staff of four to five depending on season with the abilities to handle scheduling, reservations and park policy enforcement while providing excellent guest service.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Some supervisory experience a plus
• Must be 21 years of age
• be able to obtain an alcohol awareness card.
• Basic Excel and word

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and Team building skills, ability to motivate and train your staff
• Managing the property in the most efficient and profitable manner possible remaining consistent with the goals and objectives of Boomtown KOA
• Daily golf cart inspection
• Good reporting and money handling skills
• Ensuring that all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted in a timely manner.
• Ensuring distribution of all property-issued notices, consistently enforcing the rental agreement and property rules.
