About The Position

Reporting to the Director, IT Architectural Services, this the Manager, IT Identity and Access Management, is responsible for the overall IT Service Delivery to the assigned business verticals to ensure that we are supporting the enterprise for growth and stability. The primary role is development of the assigned team and general management of the teams’ projects, issues, and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is required.
Minimum four (4) years’ of experience in Information Technology required.
Minimum three (3) years’ of management experience, leading teams while delivering and supporting complex solutions in a high-volume enterprise required.
Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.
Strong familiarity with Enterprise, Gaming and Hospitality Systems, including, but not limited to, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Casino Management Systems, Point of Sale Systems, Property Management Systems, Promotional/Marketing Systems, and other industry-specific systems.
In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation.
Proficiency with identity and access management tools, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.
Strong understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to identity and access management.

Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audience and effectively communicating with other IT team members
Strong interpersonal skills for building cross-functional relationships with other members of the organization, such as the security team, the IT team, and business users.

Nice To Haves

Certifications such as Project Management Professional, ITIL, Business Analyst Professional and/or application-specific accreditations desirable when combined with relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements an Identity and Access Management (IAM) program with policies and procedures in alignment with compliance standards.
Manages user access to systems, applications, and data to properly secure the tribes systems.
Monitors compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements to be in compliance with Internal Control standards.
Performs risk assessments and audits to evaluate and make recommendations to leadership for continuous improvements and quality.
Investigates ticket incidents and makes recommendations for resolution to reduce audit findings.
Facilitates training for enterprise stakeholders on organizational user access policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
Partners with other department stakeholders to remain informed on emerging threats, technologies, and innovative solutions to proactively support organizational alignment and continuous improvement.
Develops action plans and recommends to other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data follows compliance requirements.
Develops and maintains clear documentation of processes and procedures, and effectively communicates updates to all team members to ensure alignment and consistency to mitigate user access threats.
Performs other duties as assigned to support the eﬃcient operation of the department.
