JOB SUMMARY: Acts as an Information Technology business liaison to all appropriate departments. Is responsible for the overall design, implementation, testing, documentation, operation and support of assigned Health Care Information Systems. This includes strategic planning, system selection, implementation and project management. Daily operations include staff management, development, recruitment and retention. Is fiscally responsible for all assigned systems and support with a focus on customer service.

Requirements

  • Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice in a specialized field.
  • Education discipline: Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • PMP highly desired.
  • Must have management experience.
  • Must have excellent customer service.
  • Must be able to manage/prioritize work requests to be executed.
  • Ideal candidate will have strong technical background in Infor, particularly with regards to GHR, configuration console and IPA.
  • Additional systems to be supported are Kronos Dimensions (being implemented) Sailpoint and Cherwell.
