How You will Make Contributions That Matter Lead, Develop, and Coach a team of Planners ensuring standard business processes are in accordance with SAP/APO best practices for optimal forecast outcome. Execute supply planning strategies that support optimal customer fill rates, inventory health, and service performance. Maintain and support SAP/APO planning processes, ensuring adherence to established standards, data accuracy, and continuous improvement opportunities. Champion data integrity by supporting governance practices, monitoring master data accuracy, and ensuring smooth execution during product introductions and transitions. Partner cross‑functionally on new product launches, procurement, and logistics initiatives to anticipate demand variability and manage supply risks. Translate demand forecasts and business inputs into actionable supply plans that balance short‑term responsiveness with longer‑term stability. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service levels, inventory, and waste, escalating issues and supporting corrective actions as needed. Support network and stocking strategy reviews through analysis, scenario planning, and root‑cause investigation. Manage inventory risk through regular review cycles, supporting working capital optimization and service commitments. Prepare and deliver clear operational updates on supply performance, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes by aligning supply plans with demand, finance, and commercial inputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or related roles (e.g., production planning, replenishment, logistics, supply planning).
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience or strong readiness to lead and coach others.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and communicating effectively across multiple levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with perishables and/or the dairy industry preferred.
  • Previous SAP/APO experience preferred.
