About The Position
Manage the technical functions, activities, and operations of assigned departments to provide high quality, efficient, and cost-effective patient care and ensure compliance with departmental, MSKCC, and regulatory standards. Where applicable, functions as modality or department expert.
Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in Interventional Radiology preferred, including proven supervisory experience.
- Licenses: New York State in Radiologic Technology.
- Registration: ARRT.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to align transport services with MSK’s mission and goals, driving measurable outcomes in operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of transport logistics and healthcare operations.
- Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Ability to use data to guide decisions, assess performance, and drive improvements.
- Effective Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
