About The Position
This role will be responsible for forecasting fleet growth and optimizing acquisition actions to drive healthy supply in DoorDash's international markets (Canada, Australia, & New Zealand). This individual will lead the acquisition strategy, market analysis, forecasting, and developing operational levers that allow DoorDash to achieve fleet growth goals while we grow volume and expand business lines in International markets. This role will own the allocation of multi-million dollar annual budgets to drive Dasher fleet growth aligned with International market level supply/demand dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strategy, building new processes, executing tests that tie directly to business impact, and have a strong foundation in analytics. They will think creatively and analytically, working collaboratively with Performance Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Analytics. This candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
