As a member of the Hershey Global Brand Office team, the Manager International Brand Marketing & Innovation is accountable for translating the strategic direction of the company into clear consumer-based innovation strategies and initiatives to deliver business growth both short term and in the 3-5 year horizon. This individual will leverage the power of external knowledge (consumer, category and competitive intelligence) and a thorough understanding of all our internal capabilities and business needs to create and bring to life growth driving innovation platforms across the world. From insights and identification of strategic opportunity areas to ideation and successful commercialization to setting up the proper infrastructure and processes for strong innovation delivery - this individual will work with regional innovation teams to shape the future of Hershey’s and deliver our financial goals. Strategic thinking, complex problem solving and diligent project management are essential to success. They will influence, advise and lead regional marketing and cross functional teams to drive strategy to financial delivery.
