The individual will provide advice and counsel to leaders on internal engagement opportunities, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and enterprise communications strategy. Consistent and timely information will be provided to employees through various communication platforms, and the individual will ensure leaders are responsive to employee experience and engagement. Setting measurable goals for execution of communications strategies and tracking progress is essential. Collaboration with the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and the entire corporate communications function is also a key aspect of the role.
