Requirements

Minimum 3 years of recent acute care leadership experience as a Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager in Critical Care (relief charge experience not accepted).
Associate Degree in Nursing required.
Florida RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations and staffing of the ICU to ensure quality care and patient safety.
Collaborate with clinical teams to implement evidence-based practices and improve care efficiency.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Manage admissions and discharges to ensure smooth patient flow.
