Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a Manager, Intelligence Analyst - Training Manager/Content Creator to join a growing team within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience in mission operations training, instructional development, operational qualification programs or relevant experience
  • 6 years minimum experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or national-level government programs
  • An active and in-scope TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing, Job Qualification Standards (JQS), Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Training governance frameworks
  • Experience leading training transformation initiatives for large-scale mission programs
  • Background in 24/7 operational environments
  • Experience coordinating across government, military, and multi-contractor teams
  • Experience briefing senior government stakeholders
  • Experience developing technical reporting standards or operational doctrine

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all mission qualification and certification programs
  • Design and implement standardized Mission Qualification Training (MQT) frameworks
  • Develop governance processes for training compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Lead training transformation initiatives to modernize legacy processes and align with evolving mission needs
  • Author and maintain Job Qualification Standards (JQS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, study guides, and reporting documentation
  • Establish formal evaluation and certification processes to assess readiness and mission proficiency
  • Provide regular performance metrics and readiness updates to Government customers and program leadership
