About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manager, Integration Platform to lead our team at Circle K. This role is crucial for managing the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise-wide integration platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems, both on-premise and in the cloud, are seamlessly connected to support our global business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in integration technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of integration specialists. The Manager, Integration Platform reports to the Director, Enterprise Architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in systems integration with 2+ years in management or lead role
• Proven experience with major integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO, or similar)
• Deep understanding of various integration patterns, protocols, and technologies (e.g. SFTP, MFT, REST, SOAP, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud-native platforms and hybrid integrations (cloud/on-prem)
• Experience in the retail or convenience store industry
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration development
• Knowledge of data governance and security principles as they apply to integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration engineers and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the administration, maintenance, and evolution of our integration platform, ensuring its stability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to define integration patterns, standards, and best practices.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, from initial scoping and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and provide strategic guidance on solution design.
• Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures for the integration platform, including API lifecycle management and documentation standards.
• Stay current with new integration technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and platforms to improve efficiency and capability.
