The Manager, Integrated Program Scheduler at Collins Aerospace is a pivotal role within the Program Management Team, focusing on the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for various aerospace projects. This position requires collaboration with Control Account Managers and Integrated Product Team Leads to ensure effective scheduling and program execution, contributing to national security and space exploration initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain the program's Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to create intermediate schedules and integrate them into the IMS.
  • Contribute to proposal development by creating interim schedules and advising on the creation of Basis of Estimate documents.
  • Regularly update the IMS with status and Estimate to Complete (ETC) inputs from CAMs.
  • Perform comprehensive critical path and driving path analyses of the IMS.
  • Provide support to the Program Earned Value Analyst for both scheduled and ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Deliver schedule-related reports to Program Management, highlighting issues affecting program execution and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in Program Reviews.
  • Support ongoing compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process).
  • Ensure proper implementation of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) by utilizing standardized processes and tools and reporting on compliance and audit results.
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management.
  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense, D.O.D and/or NASA contracts.
  • Experience in the development and integration of program schedules, including logic networks.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Practical experience in building, managing, and updating both waterfall and agile program schedules.
  • Extensive experience in building program plans comply with the Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG).
  • Knowledge of DI-MGMT-81861B/C, DCMA Schedule Assessment Guide, and SRA processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to gain a DOD Security Clearance.
