About The Position

As Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications, you will be the brand steward for the Diagnostic Solutions business, and its portfolio of products, services and solutions. You will collaborate with the Global and U.S. teams to develop a content and communications strategy aligned with the marketing/commercial plan. You will explore and recommend various media and interactive approaches, with the objective of increased assimilation of messages across customer facing elements.

Requirements

  • BA / BS degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years brand management experience in a regulated industry (preferably in diagnostics, medical devices and/or pharmaceutical).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of agency experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), and SEO optimization tools.
  • Able to develop strategic, long-term content strategies that align with business goals.
  • Proficient in creating media plans and working with external agencies and internal stakeholders to purchase and place media and advertising.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of SEO and ability to use tools to increase visibility on search engines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative ideas and tactics for engaging target audiences with content that aligns with the key brand messages and omnichannel objectives.
  • Lead an annual brand planning process in collaboration with Marketing to determine direction and budgetary spend for brand area.
  • Map and own an editorial workflow using content management systems to ensure timely and efficient digital content creation.
  • Evaluate existing platforms for gaps in consistency or areas for improvement.
  • Write and update content for multiple channels, such as websites (SEO friendly), blogs, emails, and social media channels; ensure content optimization.
  • Monitor and report on content and campaign performance across multiple channels, platforms include Advertising Platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc), Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce.
  • Manage external agency partners as needed and partner closely with internal agency.
