About The Position
The Instrument Room Manager is responsible for overseeing the activities of Instrument Room Attendants, ensuring the preparation and availability of sterile instruments. This role includes budget management, tracking instrument expenditures, and maintaining compliance with AORN and AAMI standards for sterile processing. The manager works full-time during the day shift, Monday to Friday, and is accountable for the operational efficiency of the instrument room.
