About The Position

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Develops a professional sales culture and serves as a role model for the sales team.
  • Hires and builds a sales team capable of achieving sales and retention goals.
  • Coaches and manages the performance of inside sales and retention staff to meet targets for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures sales representatives use the IMPACT Sales approach to uncover customer needs.
  • Collaborates with marketing to align sales efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Facilitates strategic planning to maximize market share and revenue.
  • Sets sales goals and metrics for inside sales representatives based on corporate goals.
  • Develops territory structures for geographical and vertical markets.
  • Communicates customer concerns and sales opportunities within the sales team and across departments.
  • Leads sales team meetings to coordinate efforts and communicate changes in direction.
