The Bluebeam Inside Sales Manager, Americas needs to possess a strong background in leading sales teams within data driven SaaS technology. Showcases five or more years of related experience selling software or SaaS application in a SMB & Enterprise environment while being responsible for an independent quota, and/or other related experience. Additionally, three or more years of team lead and/or management experience. The ideal candidate historically meets and exceeds quota, thrives on winning and is willing to take the necessary steps to get there including but not limited to aggressively prospecting, building and maintaining a pipeline of 4X quota, as well as possessing the ability to strategically navigate through organizations to get in front of key decision makers. As a Bluebeam sales leader, this role partners with the other teams at Bluebeam, including but not limited to, Technical Account Management, Sales Operations, Professional Services, Technical Support and Legal/Security to effectively guide team members and customers through purchases of Bluebeam products and services.
