About The Position

In this role, you will lead strategy, sales execution, and team development—driving the acquisition of key restaurant partners onto our most ambitious new vertical. You will define goals, lead pipeline strategy, and partner closely with our cross-functional partners of Affordable Meals to refine our playbook for national scale. You will report to our Sr. Manager within the Rx Success organization. We expect this role to be flexible with the opportunity to work remotely or from a DoorDash office. You will have the ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through training, off-sites, team-building events, and other business-related necessities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership, including at least 2 years leading a high-performing team.
  • You have at least 3 years in a sales role focused on building relationships and providing sound business solutions to our partnersTrack record of building and scaling new sales teams or markets.
  • You are creative, motivated, and passionate about sales, and have a dynamic personality
  • You are comfortable working in a scaling startup environment and adapting quickly
  • You value collaboration and find opportunities within change
  • You are tech-savvy and navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Chorus, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps)

Responsibilities

  • Transform the way businesses capture attention and attract new consumers
  • Connect and collaborate with our existing Affordable Meals team to help shape goals, priorities, and mitigate any program challenges
  • Cultivate unique solutions through sales training, data, and analytical tools
  • Become a pro in creating and revamping sales training materials, scripts, email templates, and more in an effort to provide the most effective tools to our Sales reps
  • Listen to a high volume of calls in an effort to ensure we provide ample feedback to our reps and uncover growth opportunities for constant development
