You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. As an Infrastructure Manager, you will enhance the technical depth and operational excellence of our Infrastructure Operations team. You will ensure enterprise services maintain technical currency, propel process improvements, and act as a technical mentor, providing leadership oversight to the team-while remaining fully accountable for your own work. This role reports into the Director of Global Service Desk (GSD). The ideal candidate is someone who is: Quick to spot problems and fix them before they affect users or the business. A solid technical go-to person who can explain sophisticated ideas in plain language. Always looking for smarter ways to work, including automation and process improvements. Calm under pressure and ready to take charge when things go wrong. A supportive leader who helps the team grow and sets a high standard for technical excellence. Comfortable talking to customers and building strong relationships with senior leaders and other teams. Adaptable and able to guide the team through tech changes and organizational shifts. Strategic in thinking, making sure infrastructure decisions support the bigger picture. Technically confident and not afraid to challenge assumptions to keep solutions practical and effective.
