About The Position
The Manager Information Technology Services 2 position is under the direction of the Deputy Commissioner for Technology within the Dedicated Support, Office of Mental Health Portfolio. The Director of Field Services oversees approximately two dozen multi-disciplinary IT teams located across the state, responsible for providing direct user support, managing end-user devices, and coordinating IT service delivery within the operational business environment. The role involves developing strategies to support OMH business objectives, supervising regional field service managers, setting policies and procedures for customer-embedded support teams, orchestrating end-user hardware procurement standards, standardizing user account provisioning processes, managing customer satisfaction issues, and providing project oversight for computer and network changes.
