The Manager will oversee the global strategy and execution of influencer campaigns, focusing on North America while ensuring regional relevance. This role involves managing key external partners, including PR agencies and influencer marketing platforms, to connect the brand with influential talent and collaborations. The Manager will also develop and lead communication strategies, maintain strong media relations, and work with various stakeholders to enhance the brand's reputation. The responsibilities include owning the relationship with the PR agency to drive earned media value through brand storytelling, leading the execution of earned media plans, and managing influencer and brand ambassador strategies. The Manager will compile trends, discover new opportunities for partnerships, and present regular reports to senior leadership based on data analysis. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with PR agencies for events and influencer partnerships, managing relationships with influencers, and delivering product information through press releases and media inquiries. The Manager will also leverage analytics to inform decision-making and support the development of content strategies that build brand love. In terms of finance and budget management, the Manager will execute against allocated budgets and prepare reports on ROI for influencer programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PR and influencer management, a passion for social media, and a strong understanding of the beauty landscape. The role demands creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance data while managing multiple projects under strict deadlines. The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 to $139,600, with additional eligibility for a competitive bonus program and participation in a share incentive plan.
