About The Position

Responsible for managing Influencer programs for long-term and short-term campaigns intended to increase community engagement and purchase intent. This position involves managing relationships and partnerships to bring Nintendo products and initiatives to life on social media while managing and executing tactics. The role includes managing partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, creator feedback, and reporting. The individual will collaborate with the Communications team to identify opportunities for the celebrity community to engage with Nintendo products to drive engagement with targeted audiences. Key activities related to product launches and other marketing activities will be led by this position, which also directs external partners and agencies involved in executing short- and long-term initiatives. The role requires working internationally, cross-functionally, and across agency partners to explore and identify new ways to drive awareness, advocacy, and purchase intent for the brand and products. The individual will drive strategy and objectives for marketing programs and campaigns, defining and tracking ongoing quantitative and qualitative results, ensuring that all projects and opportunities across cross-functional teams are aligned. As designated, the individual may represent Nintendo as an official corporate spokesperson; successful completion of training is required.
