Requirements

  • 7+ years of social media experience across B2B or consumer brands, with deep expertise in social strategy, influencer/creator marketing, and social campaign execution.
  • 2+ years directly managing teams.
  • A proven track record of connecting social to pipeline and revenue impact, with experience building reporting that resonates with executives.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt voice across formats and platforms, and experience using tools such as CapCut, Adobe, and Canva.
  • Strong project management skills; able to oversee complex programs, budgets, and vendor/creator relationships simultaneously.
  • Research, experiment with, and implement new technologies and approaches from the rapidly evolving AI toolset.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with social listening, analytics, and influencer platforms (e.g., Traackr, Tagger, Aspire, or CreatorIQ) to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success building global or multi-market influencer strategies, tailoring content for regional or cultural nuances.
  • Background in video-first or emerging content formats (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, live streaming, AI-powered content creation), with a track record of experimentation and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead flagship social-first programs: Build, manage, and scale Sprout’s Influencer + Creator Program and integrated campaign distribution, ensuring measurable pipeline impact and industry leadership.
  • Fuel product-led distribution: Partner with Product Marketing to create social-first assets, narratives, and distribution strategies that extend the reach and adoption of Sprout’s products.
  • Set the global social strategy for influencer and social content/video: Own the content and engagement approach for influencer and creator programs, as well as social video for Sprout’s brand channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Reddit, Pinterest, emerging platforms), ensuring alignment with business priorities and cultural moments.
  • Develop and maintain Sprout’s international social strategy, tailoring content and activations for key global markets.
  • Build Sprout’s voice on culture: Shape social-first content rooted in data, cultural insights, and storytelling that makes Sprout a standout brand across regions, industries, and audiences.
  • Pilot new content series and test into new platforms, video formats, and AI-driven workflows to keep Sprout at the forefront of social innovation.
  • Develop reporting frameworks that connect social content, campaigns, and influencer programs to business outcomes—including pipeline, CPL, CPM, and revenue influence.
  • Partner with Brand Creative, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to amplify integrated campaigns, product launches, and corporate moments.
  • Provide guidance to team members, fostering creative excellence, scalable processes, and professional growth.
