Ensure surveillance plan is consistent with selective external and internal comparative data base. Collaborate in the integration of pertinent regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, guidelines and current infection control practice standards. Facilitate targeted surveillance, identify trends and implement improvement consistent with data analysis. Perform risk assessments for specific patient populations. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
