We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to oversee and execute complex manufacturing tool deployment projects supporting manufacturing. A successful candidate will have advanced data analytic skills, an ability to project management large scale site wide initiatives, and vision for long term sustainment. This would be inclusive of change management activities to align projects with company objectives. This role requires a collaborative leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project activities for manufacturing, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management and closure.
  • Apply Certified Scrum Master (CSM) principles to foster agile project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Lead cross functional teams to develop and proliferate manufacturing workforce metrics, staffing, and schedule management tools used for sustainment and different reporting dashboards.
  • Designed and programmed a custom MS Access Database utilizing VBA and SQL
  • Drive process improvements and change initiatives using Prosci Change Management methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and supply chain, to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Address project risks and challenges proactively, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on deliverables.
  • Maintain compliance with all company and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to write and deliver executive communication
  • Occasional business travel as needed
