The Manager, Facilities & Transportation Strategic Sourcing role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing environment, brings structure to ambiguity, and energizes others through inclusive, engaging leadership. This position will play a critical role in evolving the Facilities & Transportation sourcing portfolio – elevating how we partner, deliver, and are perceived across the enterprise. This position supports the Facilities & Transportation portfolio’s goals through transactional awareness to identify potential cost savings, diversity, green supply chain, spend reduction, supplier consolidation and standardization opportunities. Identifies opportunities for efficiency within corporate and sourcing policies and processes to improve results for both Sourcing and Portfolio clients. This position leads multiple spend categories within a portfolio. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and Oakland based on business needs.
