About The Position
The Manager in Training (MIT) is an accelerated training program that will develop leaders into Service Center Managers (SCMs) in as little as 6 months. You will gain the skills, experiences, and understanding of Valvoline Instant Oil Change’s (VIOC) policies required to manage your own store as an SCM in the future, taking the lead to help build a high-performance team capable of differentiating VIOC’s service experience from all other providers.
