We are looking for an eager to learn candidate with leadership potential to join our training program for our Assistant Suds Officers. This position is perfect for those who are obsessed with keeping their car clean and shiny and get a thrill out of seeing a dirty car transformed into a sparkling work of art. As a Manager in Training, you will lead a team of skilled car wash technicians to ensure that every vehicle that passes through our wash receives the highest level of care and attention. You will also develop and implement new wash procedures and techniques to keep our wash ahead of the competition, maintain equipment, manage inventory, develop customer relationships, and oversee the wash's finances and budget.
