About The Position

Massage Envy Slidell is seeking an energetic Retail Manager who is passionate about making a difference. The Retail Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, which includes managing sales, staff, inventory, and resources. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of retail or hospitality management experience and will be responsible for driving memberships, promoting retail sales, and ensuring compliance with all laws.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in retail or hospitality
• Strong skills in recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff
• Ability to manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records
• Experience in planning, promoting, and marketing the business
• Goal-oriented and organized

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships and promoting retail sales
• Guide the team and manage deposits
• Oversee inventory and ensure compliance with all laws
• Strive for continuous growth by setting goals and analyzing business performance
• Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
• Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing training
