Job Description Your Responsibilities In this role, you will acquire the necessary knowledge and experience for advancement to a management position under the guidance of experienced professionals. The comprehensive training will cover responsibilities in multiple departments, including warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, sales, and customer service, with an emphasis on enhancing profitability and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities you will acquire include leading and mentoring staff, managing financial resources and budgets, developing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be open to acquiring comprehensive knowledge about the company and will demonstrate an interest in understanding all facets of branch operations from the ground up. . This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in the construction or building materials industry. Must be willing to travel as needed for training and relocate for permanent assignment, as required. Be willing to travel <20%

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services
  • Work is performed both in office environment and field operations environments, which may require standing, walking on uneven ground (construction sites) bending, lifting over 50 lbs., periodically.
  • Traveling and drive time between locations and job sites.
