About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY If you are a leader who wants to inspire others to succeed, you should consider a career as an Operations Manager Trainee with U.S. AutoForce! Our operations training program takes 12 months and includes a combination of experiential learning and hands-on training taught by some of the best. Our program is a paid opportunity, and you will qualify for many benefits your first day. You will oversee and participate in warehouse functions for wholesale distribution including receiving, inventory management and distribution, and maintenance of equipment and facility. Ensure that all safety and loss prevention procedures are followed. After completion of the Operations Manager Training position, the trainee will become an Operations Leader for one of our U.S. AutoForce warehouses. For placement you must be able to relocate, location to be determined upon completion of the program. We are now accepting applications for this position! Schedule for this position will vary based on business needs and will include early mornings, day shift, and overnights. Gain exposure to all facets of the organization's warehouse operations procedures from planning, inventory, quality, finance, safety, human resources and sales functions within the business. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
Foundation level of business and financial acumen
Executes and makes plans to deliver business metrics

Outstanding organizational skills
Demonstrates self-awareness by using feedback and reflection to grow individual continuous improvement

Excellent math skills and understanding of basic accounting methods
Ability to project a positive image to customers
Knowledgeable in applicable computer software
Ability to lift to 65 lbs often
Able to operate warehouse equipment
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good memory and ability to work accurately with lengthy part numbers
Able to process a large volume of paperwork with good attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and safe operating procedures
Ability to be trained and use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high reach lifts
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana
Must be willing to relocate upon completion of program
Willing to travel on short notice to other AutoForce locations
Proven leadership skills
