Requirements

• Flexible schedule—including some weekends
• Willingness to travel between any of our 5 Upstate SC locations
• A go-getter mindset and a love for helping people
• No management experience? No problem. This program is designed to train future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee the team, support the Site Manager, and bring positivity to every shift.
• Make customers feel welcome and keep things running smoothly.
• Help with inventory, maintenance, and day-to-day operations.
• Pitch in with ideas to make us better, faster, and friendlier.
• Promote our Wash Club Memberships and handle transactions like a pro.
• Follow company policies and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
