About The Position
Jersey Mike’s Milford is growing, and we’re looking for a high-energy, motivated leader to join our team as a Manager in Training (MIT). This is a structured development position designed to prepare you for advancement into an Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor role. - Prior leadership experience in any field (restaurant, retail, hospitality preferred

Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during busy shifts
- Maintain high standards of food quality, speed, and accuracy
- Train, mentor, and coach new employees
- Promote a friendly, welcoming environment for customers
- Assist with inventory, stocking, prep, and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation and food-handling procedures
- Maintain store organization and help solve problems on the fly
- Support opening and closing operations as assigned
