About The Position

Jersey Mike’s Milford is growing, and we’re looking for a high-energy, motivated leader to join our team as a Manager in Training (MIT). This is a structured development position designed to prepare you for advancement into an Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor role.   • Prior leadership experience in any field (restaurant, retail, hospitality preferred
  • Ability to motivate and support a diverse team

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support team members during busy shifts
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, speed, and accuracy
  • Train, mentor, and coach new employees
  • Promote a friendly, welcoming environment for customers
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, prep, and cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with all sanitation and food-handling procedures
  • Maintain store organization and help solve problems on the fly
  • Support opening and closing operations as assigned
