Requirements
- Management or supervisory experience required.
- Must be willing to work outside during all seasons.
Responsibilities
- Run our location operations alongside our management team to ensure a smooth process for staff and customers.
- You will be responsible for properly opening and closing locations, equipment maintenance, employee scheduling, metrics reporting, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized location and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Interview, hire, and train employees.
- May be required to travel to multiple locations in Virginia and Maryland.
- Must be willing to work outside during all seasons.
