About The Position
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Manager in Training (MIT) to join our Salt Lake City car rental team. This is a hands-on leadership development role designed to prepare you for a future Branch Manager position. As an MIT, you’ll gain experience in all aspects of rental operations—customer service, fleet logistics, team leadership, and revenue management—while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
