About The Position
Gold's Gym PNW is seeking a Manager in Training to join our team in Woodinville, WA. This full-time position is designed for individuals looking to step into a management role within the fitness industry. As a Manager in Training, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and prepare for a future role as a General Manager. This role is pivotal in creating a high-performance culture through effective people development, innovation, and collaboration within your team. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 12-20 employees, ensuring that they are motivated and equipped to provide an exceptional membership experience. In this position, you will focus on team building, cultural inclusivity, and achieving revenue goals. You will lead by example, inspiring your team to meet and exceed targets for memberships, fitness, and labor. Your ability to attract and nurture talent will be crucial in developing outstanding leaders within your team. You will also collaborate with your team to remove obstacles and ensure that guest and member expectations are consistently exceeded. The Manager in Training role requires a commitment to continuous improvement, where you will drive results in sales, service, and fitness categories. You will guide club leaders in setting goals and implementing innovative strategies to achieve both club and career objectives.
