MIT Overview You didn’t earn your degree to “see what happens.” You earned it to lead. The Heritage Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program is a 10-12 month, paid, full-time leadership program designed for bold graduates who want real responsibility, real exposure, and real upward momentum with the largest hospitality company in New Mexico. Requirements
- If you recently graduated (or graduating soon) with a degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
