About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (4+ years of management experience may substitute for degree)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, research, reporting)
• Physical stamina for travel and being on your feet
• Must reside in the Effingham, IL area

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Store Managers and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor accounts
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Negotiate pricing and prepare sales agreements
• Ensure accounts align with company policies and standards
• Work cross-functionally with various departments
• Represent Pepsi MidAmerica in a positive and professional manner
• Maintain strong relationships with coworkers and customers
• Manage multiple projects and priorities
• Analyze situations and solve problems effectively
• Participate in regular training and leadership development
• Support personnel evaluation and development
