  • Manage inventory, vendor interactions, and cash handling procedures.
  • Support staffing efforts, including hiring and scheduling.
  • Adhere to state and federal labor laws, coordinating with Human Resources as needed.
  • Contribute to store profitability by up-selling products and promoting company offerings like car washes.
