Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership potential and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office suite).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Willingness to work at different locations within the Monterey area.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations.
• You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards.
• Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
