About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to manage a business with full operational, P&L, and management responsibilities, supported by a nationwide organization. Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training including self-study modules, on-the-job shadowing, mentorship, and continuing education
• Manage all aspects of a local propane business
• Ensure safety within business operations
• Manage profit and loss
• Oversee product distribution
• Handle sales activities
• Manage customer service activities
• Supervise staff
