Manager in Development (MID) - Seattle/Tacoma Region Location: Seattle or Tacoma (must be based in the region or willing to relocate) Pay: $80,00 - $85,000 Schedule: Full-time - On-site Drive Your Career Forward with Us! Requirements
- Leadership skills and a drive to learn and grow
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, people-first environment
- Willingness to be based in Washington, or relocate for the role (relocation support available)
- Candidates must be based in Washington or willing to relocate to the region for this role. Only those meeting this requirement will be considered.
Nice To Haves
- Previous operations or management experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Dive into daily operations-learn how to run a location from the ground up
- Work side-by-side with experienced managers, supporting everything from staffing and scheduling to safety and compliance
- Lead projects, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements
- Build strong relationships with staff, drivers, and school partners
- Support the Location Manager and help deliver safe, reliable service every day
