Attentive is seeking a highly skilled and people-first Manager to lead our team of Implementation Consultants responsible for Attentive’s largest, most complex, and most strategic customer launches. This leader will balance operational rigor, customer outcomes, and team development, ensuring our strategic customers are onboarded successfully and positioned for long-term retention and growth. The Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Partner teams, serving as a point of escalation for executive-level customers while also shaping the strategy and process for enterprise onboarding.

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Implementation Consultants delivering for strategic/enterprise customers
  • Provide coaching and guidance on project planning, executive communication, and technical solutioning
  • Develop career development paths, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Oversee the execution of complex onboarding projects for high-value customers ($150K+ ACV), ensuring launches are on time, in scope, and aligned to business goals
  • Act as an executive escalation point for strategic customers during implementation
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to proactively remove blockers and align resources
  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks for strategic implementations
  • Drive consistency in how we scope, staff, and deliver projects, balancing customization with scalable practices
  • Monitor team utilization, timelines, and customer satisfaction, reporting progress to leadership
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to align pre-sales scoping with delivery capacity and ensure smooth handoffs
  • Collaborate with Product, Solutions Architecture, and Partner teams to anticipate and address complex technical requirements
  • Influence strategic customer strategy by representing Professional Services in internal executive conversations
  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Program Management at a SaaS or marketing technology company
  • 1 - 3 years managing teams that deliver to enterprise/strategic accounts, or demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Demonstrated success leading complex SaaS implementations involving integrations, data migrations, and marketing/retention technology
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of engaging C-suite stakeholders at strategic brands
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, and scaling enterprise delivery
  • Experience in SMS, Email, or MarTech platforms strongly preferred

  • US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $145,000 annually + variable compensation + equity + benefits
