About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Manager for our Imaging/Radiology department at our Bellevue, WA location. This leadership role oversees imaging operations, staff supervision, budget management, and clinical coordination to ensure exceptional diagnostic services and optimal patient outcomes. The successful candidate will drive departmental excellence while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Radiology, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in imaging/radiology operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing clinical or technical staff in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of radiology/imaging procedures, equipment, and departmental workflows
  • Experience with healthcare compliance, accreditation standards, and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with healthcare information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work onsite at the Bellevue, WA location
  • Background check and healthcare clearance eligibility

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA)
  • AHRA (American Healthcare Radiology Administrators) certification or credential
  • Experience with PACS systems and imaging informatics

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop imaging/radiology department staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, and professional development
  • Oversee daily imaging operations, scheduling, equipment maintenance, and workflow optimization
  • Manage department budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality assurance protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
  • Monitor imaging metrics, turnaround times, and patient satisfaction to maintain quality standards
  • Implement process improvements and participate in departmental strategic planning initiatives
